How long does it take to dispatch?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm GMT same day.

Republic of Ireland

Republic of Ireland orders placed before 9am will be delivered next working day via Fastways. Please ensure a contact number is provided.

Returns

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from us you may return them to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition including all swing tickets and wrapping.

Items that have been personalised 'My ID Free' can not be returned for exchange or refund.

Please note, when returning an item for a refund/exchange we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.

- Fill in the Returns Form that can be downloaded here. (It is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund)
- Repackage the item(s) securely and enclose the returns form.
- Attach the returns label found on the returns form and send the parcel back to us at the address below.
- We recommend to ensure that you get the size/item you want that you send back the item marked for a 'refund' and purchase the item you wish to receive in a new order. If you select 'Exchange' please include Model ID and Size required.

Can personalised items be returned?

No. Personalised items can not be returned for an exchange or refund so please ensure you order the correct size. You can use the Size Guide provided here to help you gauge the appropriate size or you can reach out to us for precise measurements.

I think my order may be faulty or has become defective?

If the product has been used for its intended purpose and the manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions have been followed, any fault will generally appear within the first three months after purchase. For this reason, you may return any faulty item up to three months after the date of purchase. Products will be professionally inspected and where necessary passed onto the manufacturer before a judgement is made.

If the damage to the product is deemed accidental or natural wear and tear then the item will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of the manufacturer then you will be offered an exchange or full refund. If a product is deemed faulty, we will also reimburse you with reasonable postage costs should a receipt be included.

In certain circumstances, providing the product does not show excessive wear or neglect, a product may still be deemed defective three months after purchase. In this instance you may return the product for a thorough inspection. Such items may take longer to inspect as communication with the manufacturer may be required. Unfortunately, after this period of time, any products that are sent back to us for an inspection are done so at the customers own risk. We can not guarantee to be able to offer any refund or replacement on products returned to us after this period of time.

We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible. Please note, all faulty items must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud and we reserve the right to refuse to inspect any item if they are deemed to be too dirty or wet.

1.Order Acceptance:

We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. Huge Rugby reserves the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order, this may fall into spam folders etc. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

2. Prices
 

Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Huge Rugby is not responsible for additional taxes that may occur after payment to Huge Rugby. You the customer are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process.

 

Our website allows prices to be viewed in our currencies via the currency tool in the top right of our website site. Although the current exchange rate for these currencies is updated daily, the prices shown are only a guide.  All orders will be charged  in Pounds Stirling as shown on your order confirmation. We can not be held responsible for any differences to the exchange rate between the time of purchase and the time the payment is completed.  

 

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money, which we have taken from you.

 

We reserve the right to change our prices.


  1. Availability & Sizing        

    All orders are subject to availability of products. If the products you order are not available for whatever reason we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

    Unless stated, the sizes are listed in UK Sizing format. To help translate your size, please use the Size Chart tab on every product. Please not note. Size charts are only a guide from manufacturers. For precise measurements etc, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you precise measurements.

    4. Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch all orders on the day they are placed (where possible) Our ultimate aim is to get your order delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom & Ireland and within 10 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery). All delivery times stated on the site are stated in 'working days'. Many products require a signature when delivered. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will incur an additional postage charge. If we are unable to contact you we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge cannot be refunded due to administrative costs. Once the products are delivered they will become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them. 

 

Please note that missing parcels to UK addresses cannot have a claim started until 15 working days after date of dispatch. For overseas orders, a claim cannot be started until 25 working days have passed since the date of dispatch.

 

Whilst we sympathise, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refund on missing parcels until Royal mail have deemed the parcel to be lost. This can take up to 28 working days from the date of claim. 

We host some 'Club & School Shops' on our website. Often these items are produced on demand and therefore have a slightly longer dispatch and delivery time. These goods are also not eligible for voucher codes. Please allow up to 14 Days for Club Shop orders.


  1. Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order please write to us at Customer Services, Huge Rugby Ltd, 20 Church Street, Ballymena, Co.Antrim, BT43 6DE with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us. For products to be returned from within the United Kingdom, they must be addressed to:

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products. Please note that any carriage charges already incurred by Huge Rugby at the point on cancellation will not be credited. 

6. Returns Policy

In addition to the right of cancellation in condition 5 above, we operate a Returns Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements we cannot accept the item back. You can find the returns form enclosed in your order or it can be downloaded here. Please complete the appropriate section so we know what action to take.

Please note personalised good using the 'My ID Free' Service can not be refunded or exchanged. Please see point 14 on this page for further information.

Faulty / Defective goods

If the manufactures recommended cleaning instructions are followed and the product has been used for its intended purpose, generally almost all faults will appear within the first 3 months after purchase. For this reason you may return any faulty item up to 3 months after the date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any faults of manufacture and a judgement made. If the damage to the product is deemed accidental damage/wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for new replacement product or fully refunded. If a product is deemed faulty, we will re-emburse you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt.

Under extreme circumstances, providing the product does not show excessive wear or neglect, a product may still be defective after 3 months of purchase. You may therefore return the item for an assessment by one of our specialists. These products may take longer to evaluate as often the manufactures approval or intervention is needed. Unfortunately, after this period of time, any products that are sent back to us for an inspection are done so at the customers own risk. We can not guarantee to be able to offer any refund or replacement on products returned to us after this period of time.

  1. Liability

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.

  1. Validity:

If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. No Variation or Representation:

Nothing said by our sales personnel shall amount to a variation of these Terms and Conditions or a representation about the nature or quality of our products.

  1. Complaints

We take all feedback very seriously and aim to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.

For complaints relating to orders placed through our website please write to our Customer Services Department to assist us in dealing with your complaint, please detail all aspects of the complaint, your order number and your contact details.

We recommend that you seek and take the advice of a suitably qualified person before purchasing your equipment. Once purchased, the equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly

  1. Customised and personalised orders - " My ID Free "

By customising a product you are aware and agree to the below

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for dispatch on all personalised items.

Once an item that has requested "My ID Free" by entering details into the personalistion box at the checkout has been picked it can not be changed or cancelled.

Due to the customised nature of a these products, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on any personalised items.

Please ensure that names and numbers are correctly spelt at the time of ordering. 

Huge Rugby cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect sizes ordered once shirts  have been personalised.

Sizes of items can differ greatly between brand and style. Huge Rugby can not be held responsible for these 

variations in size and additional sizing information is included where possible. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that personalisation spelling & the specific product sizing will be suitable. 

Any exchange or refund offered on a product due to perceived mis-sizing is at the absolute discretion of Huge Rugby

Our shirt personalisation service only uses unofficial heat pressed numbers. No official numbers are used. The personalistion process involves a heat transfer process and while the majority of products react well with this process some products (plastic/synthetic materials) may have some aesthetical change such as a 'shine'. This is purely superficial and will have no affect on the products performance so therefore cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. My ID Free is a free service and is applied at the consumers own risk in full knowledge that there may be some slight aesthetical changes to the product. For all items that utilise the 'My ID Free' service must adhere to strict washing and care instructions. There is no guarantee that the applications will remain on the product for 'life' but with careful care and maintenance this can be prolonged throughout the products lifecycle. We cannot be held responsible if ID on boots becomes damaged or comes off as a result of 'wear & tear'. Personalised items must be washed below 40c, not tumble dried and no direct heat applied to the 'ID'. For boots, no direct washing over the "ID" area. Soft cloth only. 

Huge Rugby Ltd reserve the right to refuse ID of crude or offensive messages. Certain products have different sized personalistion areas so requested names, initials etc may not always be possible (too big etc) for that area. We will communicate these issues if they arise via email. 

Positioning, size and colouring of personalisation on items may vary depending on the size, style and colour of the item. Huge Rugby Ltd reserve the right to utilise our knowledge in expertise in the postioning, colouring and sizing of the personalistion detail. If you would like to explicitly determine the postioning, colour or font of personalistion please provide us with this information at the time of the order.

   This does not affect your statutory rights.
